When we started OpenSigma, it was because we kept seeing the same problem in businesses, schools, and clinics across Uganda: good people doing important work, held back by systems that didn't fit them — spreadsheets that no longer agreed with each other, software built for a different country's workflows, or no system at all.
We built this company to close that gap. Not by importing solutions and hoping they fit, but by sitting with each organisation, understanding how they actually work, and building around that — software, equipment, and training that holds up on a slow connection, on a small budget, and under real daily use.
That commitment hasn't changed as we've grown. Every system we ship carries our name, and we stay accountable to it long after the handover date.
