You will know the number before we start
Not everything fits a plan. When we build something to order you get a fixed scope, a fixed price and a payment schedule agreed in writing. If something changes mid-build we price it separately and you decide, rather than finding it on the final invoice.

Ongoing support
Keep your system running
The plans above already include hosting, updates and support. These are for a system built to order: after its initial support period, a monthly plan keeps it monitored, patched and updated.
Hosting & Monitoring
$60 / month
Server uptime monitoring, backups, security patches. Your system stays online and up to date.
Standard Support
$150 / month
Hosting & monitoring plus up to 8 hours of changes, fixes and small additions per month.
Priority Support
$350 / month
20 hours of changes, 4-hour response guarantee, monthly reporting and quarterly reviews.
Good to know
- Plan prices are fixed. Work built to order is quoted on scope, data volume and integrations.
- On a build, payment is split: deposit on agreement, milestones during build, balance on go-live.
- Uganda Shilling billing available on request. Exchange rate confirmed at time of invoice.
- ICT equipment (computers, networking, accessories) is priced per order from the Shop.
