1. Current status
Open Sigma Data Solutions Limited does not currently run an automated, self-service affiliate program with tracking links or a public commission schedule. We do work with individuals and businesses who refer clients to us, on a case-by-case basis, as described below.
2. How referrals work
- Introduce a business or organisation to us that goes on to purchase a service (custom software, ICT equipment, training, or support).
- Once we confirm the referral and the client signs a contract with us, we agree a referral reward in writing with you before any payment is made — this may be a flat fee or a percentage of the first invoice, agreed per referral rather than a fixed public rate.
- Referral rewards are paid only after the referred client has paid us in full for the relevant engagement.
3. Rules
- No unsolicited bulk email, spam, or misleading claims about OpenSigma when making a referral.
- You must disclose to anyone you refer that you may receive a reward if they become a client, where required by law.
- Referring yourself, an existing OpenSigma client, or an organisation we are already in active discussions with does not qualify.
- We may decline or end a referral arrangement at our discretion, including where these rules are not followed.
4. Taxes
Referral rewards are paid gross. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on payments you receive from us under this program.
5. Interested in referring a client?
Email us at support@opensigma.cc with who you’d like to introduce us to, and we will confirm the referral and reward in writing before anything is finalised.
6. Changes to this program
We may change or discontinue this program at any time. Rewards already agreed in writing before a change will be honoured.
